Reborn doll payment plans and collectible reservations

A clear explanation of deposits, installments, payment confirmation, reservations, and shipping for eligible reborn doll orders.

A payment plan divides the total

A payment plan can make an eligible reborn doll order easier to schedule, but it does not change the total price. The product page continues to show the full current price. At checkout, the plan shows the initial payment, every later installment, and the due dates before you proceed. Dreamy Silicone Reborn stores money as exact cents and calculates the schedule so the initial payment plus every installment equals the order total. Plans are available only for eligible orders of 0 or more, and each offered schedule must meet the store’s minimum-payment rules.

The initial payment

The minimum initial payment is 0, although you may choose a larger amount when the available plan permits it. A plan is proposed when the order is created, then payment instructions or a secure payment link are provided for that first amount. Clicking “payment sent” reports that you have acted; it does not mark the payment as received. The status becomes awaiting confirmation until the store verifies the payment through an authorized provider event or an authorized manual check. This separation protects both the buyer and the store from a browser incorrectly declaring money paid.

When a collectible becomes reserved

Choosing a collectible doll or selecting a plan does not reserve inventory on its own. An eligible collectible becomes reserved only after the initial payment is confirmed. Until that moment, another confirmed order could secure the piece first. This rule matters most for one-of-one dolls and limited inventory, where the store must prevent two customers from holding the same piece. Once the reservation is active, the order record and payment schedule show the next required step. If the initial payment cannot be confirmed, the store does not treat the doll as reserved.

How later installments work

Each installment has its own amount, due date, payment reference, and instructions. The store does not automatically charge a saved card. Instead, an upcoming installment becomes due in sequence, you follow the provided instructions, and the store confirms receipt. Statuses may include Upcoming, Due, Overdue, Awaiting confirmation, and Paid. Keep the unique payment reference with every transfer so it can be matched to the correct order and installment. Guest customers can use the separate order-tracking page with both the order reference and the matching email address.

Shipping after payment

Payment-plan orders ship only after the full order total has been confirmed as paid and the doll is ready for fulfillment. Completed dolls are prepared for shipment with insurance according to the ordering information on the product page. Custom requests follow a longer sequence: the artist reviews the request, prepares a quote, and the customer accepts the quote before checkout. Whether you choose full payment or a plan, read the doll’s availability, condition, materials, COA, and shipping details first. Contact the atelier if a due date, payment instruction, or reservation status is unclear.
